Stay Taupo Boutique Accommodation

We highly recommend Stay Taupo Boutique B&B. The hosts, Ken and Marie Baird, are so welcoming, personable, and kindhearted. Accommodations include both an indoor and outdoor patio. Marie prepares a customized breakfast for each guest. You will be treated like royalty. Our only regret is that we did not stay for a week since Stay Taupo Boutique B&B is centrally located and serves as an ideal base of operations for exploring all the natural wonders in the Lake Taupo area.

Ken and Marie are experienced hosts who have created everything a high end B&B should be - a warm welcome, quality linen and furnishings, homemade biscuits on arrival and a fabulous breakfast. Their house is thoughtfully planned to ensure you have privacy and it is in a quiet area of Taupō. We loved the outdoor seating area with the hanging egg chairs - perfect for having a drink in as the sun went down. They thoroughly deserve their 10 rating. We will be recommending them wholeheartedly. Thank you for an amazing stay.

What a lovely B & B! The hosts were welcoming and the room was divine; a lovely warm house, Anzac cookies awaiting us, and a comfy bed, refreshments and an adjacent lounge to use. The breakfast in the morning was top notch, with the full assortment of cereals, fresh fruit (some from their garden,) yoghurt, eggs on toast, with lovely roasted baby tomatoes (home grown) and more toast and choices of jams and preserves. Finished off with our favourite teas. Lovely chat with Marie, and some suggestions on places to check out in Taupo. I can thoroughly recommend Stay Taupo B & B!
